Sam and I went to NYC today to visit with an old San Francisco friend/coworker that was out here visiting.

We ate at Cafe Habana with Jason Schwartzman and then while shopping around in SOHO we ran into Anna Paquin. It was an exciting star filled day.

We looked at ottomans. How hard can it be to find an ottoman that is decent looking? I feel like they are all too 'something my mom would have' or they do not go with our couch. We found one that was nice but they did not have any on the floor so that means you have to order it without doing the sit and feel. So the search continues...

Back to third grade land tomorrow. Three weeks until I go to San Francisco...
